1. General Terms

222k ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment service that provides sports betting, casino games, and related services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "your") and 222k.

By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this document. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws of Bangladesh.

1.1 Description of Services

1.2 Changes to Services

2. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following applies to this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The bonus can only be received once — only one welcome bonus applies per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time limit after activation, it will be cancelled.

5.2 Other Bonuses

For reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and special promotions, the terms and conditions of that specific offer will apply. 222k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If fraudulent behaviour involving the bonus system is detected (such as using multiple accounts, bonus hunting, or collusion), the relevant account will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gameplay

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. Users cannot change or cancel any bet unless 222k provides a cash-out option for specific cases.

• The minimum bet amount is set separately for each game or market.
• The maximum bet limit is set at 222k's discretion and is subject to change.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, 222k reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports:

• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Live betting market outcomes depend on data feeds from reliable third-party providers.
• Odds changes are a normal part of market operations.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all casino games are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play. No manual intervention in game results is possible.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222k platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using someone else's name or information.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or network.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Making defamatory or harmful comments against the platform or other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 222k

222k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities.
• Failure to pass age verification.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by requesting our support team. Before the account is closed, all valid withdrawals will be settled and any active bonuses will be cancelled.
